Current subprocessors
The table below lists the subprocessors Fimi Data engages to process customer personal data in the course of providing the Services. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that imposes data protection and confidentiality obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

As we expand the platform, additional subprocessors may be added in accordance with the change-notification commitment below.
Change notification
Fimi Data will provide customers with at least 30 days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Notice is delivered by email to the customer’s designated administrative contact and reflected on this page. Customers retain the right to object to a new subprocessor in accordance with their data processing agreement.
How to subscribe to updates
Customers and prospective customers can request to be notified of changes to this list by emailing privacy@fimidata.com with the subject line “Subprocessor Updates.” We will add you to the notification list and confirm receipt within five business days.
