Readiness Checklist
Thirty capabilities across the six domains of the Vendor Data Offboarding Readiness Framework. Check the ones your program performs consistently and see your readiness level instantly. No email required.
Interactive self-assessment
This is a directional maturity check, not a legal or audit opinion. It is scored against the Vendor Data Offboarding Readiness Framework: six domains, five capabilities each, each domain rated from 0 (Absent) to 4 (Verified) and weighted into one overall score. It scores the data workstream of vendor offboarding, not commercial close-out or access revocation.
How to score honestly
Check a capability only where it is consistently performed, documented, and repeatable. Not ad hoc, not for certain vendors only, and not because one person remembers. If you could not produce evidence of it for a specific vendor terminated in the last twelve months, it does not score.
Your readiness score will appear here as you check items above.

Your weakest domains
Over two to three weeks, we test your recent vendor terminations against all six domains, starting where your score is lowest, using your records rather than recollection. You get a verified score by domain and a prioritized plan to close the gaps. Fixed scope, fixed fee, credited toward your first year.

The Vendor Data Offboarding Readiness Framework is the working document behind this score. It covers all six domains and what Verified looks like in each, the six-element evidence standard, where verification meets GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and SOC 2, and a printable scoring worksheet.
This is a directional self-assessment. It uses the same six domains, weights, and five-level scale as a formal readiness assessment, but scores your recollection rather than your evidence, so levels commonly move after review. Treat this number as a starting point for the conversation, not a finding.
